Disclaimer & Release

In consideration for my membership with the Skyline Ridge Pool Association, and the continued use of the Association’s swimming pool. I agree to the following: I understand that I am using the facilities at my own risk. I personally assume all risks incident to my use of the facilities, and I hereby release for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, the Skyline Ridge Pool Association, its officers, directors and volunteers, from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action incident to my use of the swimming pool, facilities and grounds. I have read and reviewed the pool rules and policies with ALL household members. I/we agree to abide by these listed rules and policies. I have and will continue to inform all persons living in my residence, including children, guests and other persons using the swimming pool with my permission, of the Association’s pool rules and policies. I am aware that the association does NOT provide a full-time lifeguard or high-tech life-saving equipment, therefore I assume all incidental risks. First aid kits, a floating life ring with an attached rope, a man-hook on a 12-foot long rescue pole, a Backboard, and an AED with adult and child size straps, are available to assist any swimmers in distress. Additionally, I have and will continue to inform all persons using the swimming pool and facilities with my permission, including children and guests, that no lifeguard and only minimal life-saving equipment is provided. If an accident resulting in personal injury occurs to me, my children, or my guests, I agree to notify immediately any members of the Pool Board.
